BLACKSBURG, VA – Cal State L.A.’s Moriah Jubrey ran her best 200-meter race of the indoor track and field season and posted a provisional qualifying mark for the NCAA Division II national championships. Jubrey won her heat and finished ninth overall with a time of 24.95 Friday at the Virginia Tech Challenge. Shianne Smith led four Golden Eagles in the indoor pentathlon, while Liliana Hernandez and Dora Perez ran well in the 5,000 in the opening day of the two-day event at the Dempsey Indoor Arena.
